Alarm Siren Randomly Being Triggered
So far, we've had 3 events. Last night, the car was in the garage. We heard the siren sound on two separate occasions. I ran to the garage and I think the Unlock button turned it off.
Then this afternoon, my wife was at work, and the janitor said that he saw her lights flashing randomly. I read the tow alarm pages in the user manual and it said that in the event of the tow alarm being tripped, the siren sounds for 30 seconds and the lights will flash for 3 minutes. So I'm wondering if the janitor saw the lights flashing after the siren had sounded for it's 30 seconds.
And before someone suggests it, it was not an accidential pressing of the panic button. 100% sure... Keys are always on the counter, never in pockets.
I don't see any light bulbs out. I hit/knocked/bumped/wiggled/jiggled every panel on the car to see if I could get the alarm to trigger... no luck. I jiggled/bumped the hood, doors, trunk, center console (sitting in the car), glove box (sitting in the car), and even rocked the car as much as I could to try to trigger the tow alarm. No luck.
Currently we have winter tires on the car and no tire pressure monitors. The summer wheels, with the TPM's, are about 15 feet away in a separate room. Would a TPM signal going in and out trigger the alarm? The winter wheels have been on the car for a couple months now... so odd that it would start now.
Now, we have had issues with short-lived headlight bulbs. We've had 2 low beam bulbs burn out in 2.5 years. Not a lot, but more than normal. I've also noticed that there are a couple of individual lights burned in the center tail light array.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Low battery voltage can often cause many unusual things to happen with our cars.
Check the battery voltage an be sure it as at least 12V or higher with engine off.
Ideal Voltage while engine is off is 12.6V or higher.
With the car running voltage should read in the 13.5V to 14.5V volt area
