the worst luck

Default the worst luck

Well... Last month a rock fell out of a back of some truck and i ran over it and it killed my rim and tire. This month waterpump went out. Now i turn the key......nothin happens, turn it agin......nothin, turn it agin starts like its new. ooo my luck, when will it end.

Wow, sounds like a case of If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck.

That said, I would start with the battery. How old is it?

its the factory battery, i put it on the charger and it was 100% but i think its just lost its cracking power.

What year do you have... it could just be a bad connection. Are the battery terminals clean?

always start with codes check then electrical then mechanical. it will save you some headaches in most instances

they are clean, its a 2005.

well i believe its the starter the relay control madule doesnt look bad and the battery is good. lifes just great one thing after another

It can always be worse, trust me. You are trying to figure out how to fix your German sports car, many others are trying to figure out how to feed their families. Car troubles suck, I am going through some of my own at the moment, but take a breath and realize you are a lot luckier than most of these other poor SOBs out there....

There is no way a four year old battery is "100%". Replace it, then visually inspect the solder on the Relay Control Module.


Sorry about the layoff. This economy is in trouble.

ok wheres the crank sensor because its not the starter. i turn the key and theres a clickin soun coming from the back of the intake where the engine cover connects to the intake the plastic piece.

it will start every once in awhile and it acts fine no check engine light or anythig acts fine.

old batteries can be a problem...did you take to auto zone, or someplace like that, and have them put a "load" on it to see if might have a dead cell? There is a lot stuff about the "Crank Sensor"...just use the search feature and read away...install instructions and all are on there....good luck

well im back in action, it was the battery and the crank sensor. $170 for the battery and $72 for the sensor.
