Can the passenger mirror be replaced with out removing the door panel?

Can the passenger mirror be replaced with out removing the door panel?

Have the mirror to replace it but can get to the connector for the power mirror.

Isn't it behind that little black door towards the front inside the door? Or is that just speaker wire?
