Default Cables in the trunk

Hi, i was looking under the carpet in the trunk, and found some wiering with speakercable, and a + and- on it, could it be to an amplifire?
is that pre installed from factory or did the prev owner this ?
I have a 06, limetid or base Black line

i would say from previous owner have no cables in my trunk

I have an 05 coupe & have the same cables in mine. They go all the way to the engine compartment. Bought mine with 30,000 miles on it.

It is from the previous owner. It is a pretty common practice for people to leave the audio cables and remove the equipment from their aftermartket installs of car audio.

The stereo is crap with the 4 speakers

Crossfires did not come with subs in the hatch. The previous owner must have put something back there then removed it. The Limited and SRT6 have two 6.5" subs behind the front seats, the dont sound great but loads better than the base coupe.

Is it possibel to mount a pair of original,s woofers back under the seats, or are our seats mounted to low. Or is it in the back of our seats. Ok i,m a idiot, but have tryed some threds,
and i will Not drill in the gas tank. 06 Blackline base
I do not want to install subs in the trunk, while i drive it nearly ewery day and i need the space
