For what it's worth... mine stays on with the key in the ignition till you turn it off by pushing on it again.

Since the temp went almost to 80 today (!!!!!), I had the air conditioning running and I put it on recirculate for my trip back from a customer site. It stayed on for the entire trip, almost 45 minutes.

Hmmm...thanks for the input. Just when I thought that FINALLY my next oil change would ONLY be an oil change!

Gailwrath, I had the same thought about maybe it not allowing air to get stale or low on O2. I'll have to go test it...maybe there is a difference between when the A/C is on and when it's not. I'm pretty sure I've definately experienced it turning off on its own when the A/C is not on and I just want to avoid the cow "perfume" along a stretch of highway. I'll check to see if it works till I turn it off when the A/C is on.

Thanks, everyone!

Okay, I just tested it on the way home tonight; if the AC is on, the recirc stays on. If the AC is off, the recirc turns off automatically every time after 5 minutes.

Anyone else find the same?
