we need eric or mr. cumberford to comment aesthetically.
i prefer the crossfire prototype and don't care for the "branding" of our car's fascia. but...that's just nitpicking when you have an srt.
Why not just buy an SLK? Then you don't have to spend all that time apologizing and/or explaining your schizophrenic ride.
Sorry, it's not my cup of tea.

Not only do I like it, I appreciate the time effort and work that someone put into what appears to be a tastful custom of sorts,,,an SRT wing would look nice and some kind of trim piece on the front of the grill besides the MB emblem.

I honestly think it could be quite a unique thing to own. Think about it, it's the only one. Love it or hate it, the guy did a very nice job putting this together. You know you wouldn't drive it if you had it. It would be impossible to fix if you got in an accident. And we think we have a hard time getting body repairs done...
I like it a lot and there are alternatives to the MB stars. Some of the European Tuners have emblems to replace the Stars. It woudl have been very easy to change sterring wheels which would have looked much better. It also looks like the grafted the R171 SLK radiator support. It looks a little rough. they could have painted it to match the engine compartment. Also did anyone notice it has a V8 air box with V6 intake tubes? the wheels look very wrong to me. I think my SL550 wheels would look better on it.
