Default Metal in the road!

I was driving back from a great Memorial day weekend when I decided to hit this giant piece of metal in the road! It looked like a 2 X 4 and was a bit jagged and about three feet long. Long story short, I spent the night in a Red Carpet Inn (not recommended), took the car to the local tire shop to find out my passenger side front and back tires are not only flat, but also need new rims. I had them tow me back home which was about 120 miles, and now the car is in the shop and getting fixed back up.... Just felt like venting a bit and sharing some great times.

The total for the towing was $385 which was a good price. I called 4 towing companies nearby..... Then this last weekend I lost my wallet! Yes! Things are going great!

It could have been worse (such as crashing the car due to the tires going). I ran over a rather large bolt (didn't see it) last December and I had to get the tire replaced (I'm thankful that I bought the tire hazard warranty this time).
