Default HVAC blower is intermittent

The AC is acting up. Seems it be working sometimes and sometimes not. I have read posts about a resister going bad. Any input as to going to dealer or to a independent AC service place.

If the car starts to overheat, it will "cut" the a/c. Make sure the temp gauge is not much over half!!! To cut on and off could be low freon ( which means a leak), bad clutch, etc. The resistor is just for fan speed.

Thanks for the information. I am relatively sure now it is the blower acting up. I ordered a Blower Motor Resistor from AutohausAZ today hopefully that will do the trick.
