had my XF for a week now and loving it, 2007 auto coupe with just under 12000 miles in blaze red , when i have programmed a destination into the sat-nav do i have to leave the navigation disc in or can eject and put an audio disc in, thanks in advance, expect i will have more questions in time to come cant believe what stonking value these cars are....chris

You can pull out nav disc and put in your audio disc and enjoy gps will still show you where you are going

Welcome XFChris! You'll find the answer to just about any question you have about your car on here.

Yeah, super value now... try buying one new then watching the value drop... and drop... and drop. If I were to trade today.. I'd still owe $10-$12,000... Glad I love this car so much.

You can take out the nav disc but if I'm not mistaken (and I might be but I'm sure someone will correct me) the nav might not be able to recalculate the destination if you don't follow the directions and miss a turn or an exit without the disc being in. Frankly, I never tried so I don't know.

It will work , but if you miss a turn it wont recalc youll have to put the cd back in.
