Just painted the grill
GForce I think it looks good. I'm ready to do mine.
Fitz, that grill is beautiful. Nice job
I have seen FTroop's car and his engine cover is a work of art. Very jealous.
Nice work guys. Anyone else? Post pictures.

I actually have two grills one I painted myself, and one I had painted at a body shop. Of course the body shop looks better. The one I did myself I painted the silver trim at the front of the grill so the entire grill was black. the one I had at the body shop I had them leave the silver, silver. It actually looks better with the silver left on it, because of the silver trim around the windshield and on the side of the car.jim

I don't think there is so much as a thread to link to.. It's simple though.. (4) screws on the top.. roll the top out somewhat and you can reach down in and push the tabs on the lower part of the grill - start at the outside edge and work across ... Some say "Just pull it".. but I wasn't comfortable with that solution..
Pop the hood, there are some 10 or 12mm bolts and then give the whole thing a good pull towards you. Very very easy...
Edit: wow my computer is slow lol. OP there you go!

MrM said how to do it without breaking the tabs off. Just yanking on it will weaken the tabs and probably break one or two. The tabs slide into the slots easily but there is a positive stop against coming out the same way , they have to be pushed down.
I had two broken tabs when I got the car and have managed to fix one in a half assed manner.
