MrM said how to do it without breaking the tabs off. Just yanking on it will weaken the tabs and probably break one or two. The tabs slide into the slots easily but there is a positive stop against coming out the same way , they have to be pushed down.
I had two broken tabs when I got the car and have managed to fix one in a half assed manner.
I don't aggressively "yank" on it. I give some effort into pulling it though. I have never broken a tab and have pulled it off 20+ times.

Alabaster xfire, just do it how MrM said though, better to be safe. Maybe I just have the magic technique or something ..

Aftermarket black (satin finish) grille (with black paint inside grille, too), matte black TSW's, black side strakes, black door handles, black windshield surround, and black wings on the Chrysler emblem (front and back), and headlites and taillights darkened. Chrome 'Crossfire' letters removed.
