Default On the road again - soon - maybe??

Snow last night, rain and wind today. Must still be March.
Perhaps in a week or two I can get the xfire out of hibernation and on the road. It will be the first time since the second week of Nov.
Any suggestions on how to best do the initial start apart from the normal fluids and pressure checks?
Thanks & happy motoring

No responses so no news might still be the best news.

I guess it will be the old 'kick the tires and light the fires' routine when the crap is off the streets.

The other good news is the temp. has soared into the low 70'ies today.

 Well, your owner's manual has recommendations for storage procedures, so assuming you did those (you DID, right?) you'd just reverse the procedures.

I know it's supposedly spring here cuz the city vaccuum truck came down my street last week sucking up all the sand. And it was in the mid 70's yesterday. However, having just stepped back in from being outside the office for a smoke, it's no better than mid 40's out there right now and me with no jacket! Heated leather seats on high for me tonight :!:

Yep, did exactly what the manual stated including the indoor / outdoor carpet tire pads.
I was most concerned about the first start of the season considering no oil has been pumped for months. My motorhome has an 8.3 Cummins diesel and the drill is to disconnnect the fuel injector pump wiring block and then crank the engine until pressure registers on the gauge. That''s the procedure after it has been sitting for 7 or more days!!
Maybe the synthetic oils negate this type of operation. Hope so!
