Re: Ebay Mercedes Engine Cover
This cover is one piece but really only suited to anyone with an N/A Crossfire that has a CAI. It cannot be used as a replacement for the stock cover unless you have a CAI as it not an airbox type cover. I had one of these when i was running a single CAI, but now have the airbox type with K&N's

Re: Ebay Mercedes Engine Cover
Go K&N - you wont regret it! I used to be sceptical, but i put mine in over the weekend and I'm getting the same overall response from the car that I was with my single CAI - if not more - that said I have routed the intake pipes from the airbox to sit right behind the grille and I did the grille mod to let as much cold air through as possible.

coolZero,
Congratulations on the purchase of your Crossfire, welcome to the permagrin club - I've been a proud member for the last 3 months.
If you search for "grill mod" you will find a very well detailed thread on this modification by amx1397, will a few cuts to the stock grill it will allow more cold air to pass through.
You can indeed place a cone filter or 2 even, behind the grill, your set up is completely down to your own personal preference.
Happy modding!
