Default "Disabled" Spoiler Question

Has anybody with a 2005 (or later) Crossfire, pulled their spoiler motor fuse and taken their car over 100 mph?
On my 04 (since I've installed an on/off switch to the spoiler) at speeds above 90 mph an audible warning beep sounds off to remind me that the spoiler has not been deployed. But that's all that happens. I mean it doesn't go into "limp mode" or feel as though it's hitting the rev limiter or anything like that. I was just curious if the same thing happens on later models.
The reason I'm asking, is because I'm doing some R&D on my car, and I need to know if the 05 and later models react the same way as my 04 with similar alterations. 04 "6 spd's" can get away with disconnecting some wires, and pulling some fuses with no ill effects from the computer, unlike later models.
Thanks

Sorry I missed this earlier...

I noticed the beep, but no limp mode. I had the SRT wing on, but it was before I had the electrical system fooled, so I had only removed the fuse.

Beeping over 90, but I took it on up to 135 with zero issues. No limp mode whatsover on mine.

Hope this helps

What do you need done? Just pull the fuse, then drive over 100?

My car is an 05, 6 speed.
