How long does it take to receive the luggage? It's been 3 weeks since I purchased my cross fire and no luggage

Try using the Search feature, type in luggage. There's at least a half-dozen threads, one (or more?) even has a phone # to call if you haven't received yours yet.

Hey Fres...The Crossfire Hotline # is 866-871-1326. You'll need you VIN # Name of Dealer and date of purchase handy when you call.. You may get the automated answering machine if reps are busy. Keep calling back till you talk to someone..It's been almost 6 weeks for me and still waiting..May need to be patient..Some get their's quick and others do not.. Good luck..

My luggage arrived within days of my signing the deal. It may have to do with the dealer. No matter how much I might complain about Chrysler marketing, Chrysler and their local dealerships, here in the Northeast, have been excellent. I have received better and more knowledegable service from Dodge/Chrysler, with my ex Durango, than I have from Porsche, BMW, Acura and frankly...Mercedes.

I would have leased another Durango, but Chrysler marketing screwed up again and did nothing to keep a customer. They tried to gouge me because my lease expired as they were releasing the new Durango. So I leased a Pilot and am extremely happy with it. It is sad that the German marketing would rather spend far more dollars getting a new customer than the far less it costs holding on to an old one. Needless to say I was happy when my son wanted a Crossfire. It allowed me to give back to Chrysler for the way they and their dealer treated me.

Hmmm.... luggage??? I thought they were only offering that back in the day when the Crossfire first came out. Woo hoo! I'm leaving for Poland in July. Some nice Crossfire luggage to show off to my family wouldn't be too bad  Do all Crossfire customers get one? Or is it some special deal?

All USA purchasers (and it seems most leasees too) get "Touring Gear". Check the window sticker of the car you are getting, and make sure to point out to the dealership that you want them to ensure you GET your "Touring Gear" in a timely manner.

you might do a site-search on the archive to learn all there is to know but what it seems to be is that all us customers get a set of bags. really, really nice stuff. people in the u.k. have said they do NOT get luggage.

sometimes the dealer knows but more often he doesn't. mine didn't.

after 3 months of no luggage, i called the phone # above (in another post), left my info on the tape and got called by a live person the next day. luggage arrived a week later.

it's 3 bags; a flight bag, a shoulder-duffle and a wheelie-hardside-handle-dragger that is pretending to be a crossfire.

in a baggage sorta way, i guess.

Hey Fres..I got mine this week..Took 6 weeks but worth the wait. Its really nice and made well..The Fed Ex driver would not leave it at the door without a signature..May want to notify the local Fed Ex office if you want them to leave it..He left me a form on my door saying to pickup at the office or sign the back of that form and put back on my door..I went by the office and got mine..They have release forms you can sign at the center before hand to allow this..That is unless someone is home all the time to sign for it..Just wanted to alert you ahead so there would not be any delays getting it delivered..
Hope it gets there soon..Good luck..

It took about 6 weeks to get mine. Worth the wait.

I don't know if the timing is different in Canada as opposed to the US.
I live in Calgary, Alberta.
