I'm not sure what else might be on that fuse - a cursory skim of the service manual indicates that it seems to be only the spoiler, but I'm not sure. Someone mentioned that removing it stopped their wipers from working, which makes no sense via reading the manual but could be the case in real life.
On the 04, the #20 fuse is only responsible for the spoiler motor. I don't think it's any different on later models.
I suggested pulling the fuse while the spoiler is in the down position (instead of up) in the winter, because I feel the "sissor brackets" that the spoiler is mounted on are a little on the delicate side.
Since winter driving can put your car in harms way much more often than at any other season, thanks to flying sheets of ice, salt, the extra weight of snow sitting on top of a raised spoiler etc. So why take a chance if you really don't have to?
Just keep it under 90 mph, and you should be just fine until spring rolls around.
