Climate Controlled Winter Storage - Worth it?

I dont understand how you guys do it... I love driving my car year round and would miss the hell out of it for even a couple weeks let alone months.

For the past 5 years, I was an advocate of non-storage, which meant driving the Xfire on nice, dry winter days for a half hour or so every 3-4 weeks fron Dec-Mar.
However, this Fall, I got a calculator and did the math: 2 car garage with 3 cars. Just got tired of going out every morning and scraping ice & snow off a frozen, metallic ice cube (my DD). Per the Farmer's Almanac, the midwest is supposed to have a doozie of a winter this year; not that last year's was any picnic.
For $100/month (less when you factor in insurance deduction), with a climate control of +50 degrees and a plug for the battery tender, mine's parked here until Spring:

I find this incredibly hard to believe... Yup. car paint and Waxoyl covers the steel. No oxygen contact, no rust or corrosion.
