Default Touring Gear

If your options list includes Touring Gear then you would get it, If no then you will not recieve it.

Wardhall, look on the window sticker that lists everything on the car. If it has a line that says "Touring Gear," you are entitled to the luggage. My salesman told me the same thing, then the luggage came and then someone on the forum point out the above.

I just got my luggage last Friday, two weeks to the day after I bought the car. They also still list the "touring gear" as standard on the Chrysler website.

This site is great - my window sticker does say "touring gear" and if it comes anytime in the next 3-4 weeks it will be in time for my trip to Tampa and Atlanta. Thanks guys!

It took one week to receive my luggage after I leased my crossfire. The funny thing is the minute I was about to call the luggage hotline is when the FedEx guy rang my doorbell with the goods. Talk about fast customer service. I like how the wheels on the luggage match the crossfires rims. A nice touch.

There are MANY threads here about the luggage. Several of those threads have a phone # listed where you can call and light a little fire under someone's butt to send you the luggage you PAID for!

Seems automatic to me..or my very friendly sales girl Christina called them for me. I bought my CF on 4/15/04 and the Luggage arrived at my house on 05/03.
Unfortunately I was on my way to a job that morning so I have not even had the time to look at the lot ;-)
