Default Starting to see more Crossfires...

In the last month I've been spotting 1-2 Crossfires a week on the streets in SoCal, versus 1 every few months. Looks like Xfire's finally catching on!

For the first time I've seen one in my area.

If you we're driving a SSB in the Ipswich-Felixstowe area on Sunday May 2nd I saw you.

I've NEVER seen another SSB on the road yet... it seems everyone gets the black or white version... and thats fine by me...

The cloaking mode must be working very well here in the Tidewater area of Virginia. I haven't seen another one in over 2 months. The last one I saw, was only the 3rd I had seen.

Still haven't seen any on the road here since I got mine a couple weeks ago, but I did see an SSB while I was in Reno this last weekend.

I noticed a minute or so later that I was around the corner from a Chrysler dealer, so it was probably a test drive.

Just in case, though... if there's a Reno Crossfire driver here who was wondering why the guy in the Volvo was looking at your car like it was his long-lost girlfriend... well, I was in a Volvo. I apologize.

Yes, I wonder if the publicity the car got from The Apprentice show spiked sales. All of the sudden I see a couple a week, if not every day. And now when folks stop me at the gas pump, they ask if it's "that Apprentice Car" and ask about the convertible.

Creator, you know you'll see LOTS of Crossfires if you join our Left Coast Hookup on the 15th!

i still haven't seen another on the road in my 10+ weeks of ownership. that might be because one local dealership i drive by on my way to work is hoarding them. they currently have 29  in stock though the number they have sold is in the single digits.

Ha! No, you're not alone. It really was fun having that one-of-a-kind car for a while.

YEah, its the double-edged sword...

Want to keep the car rare, I would be thrilled if it tanked right out. I bought it specifically because you never see them. Of all the small fast cars that came out (30-60K), this one was the most distinctive in looks and the rarest on-the-road vechiles. Just look at a typical parking lot: Four Corvettes, three Miatas, 5 Transam/Firebirds, 4 Corvettes, three Z(x), 2 RX(x), on any given day (I think there were only three Transam/Firebirds at work today).

First person to buy another X-fire where I work better watch out, cuz I'll walk right up and kick em in the shins!

That said, it would be nice if there were some selection of after-market stuff for the car, and the only way that will happen is more sales. Lots more sales.

LOL I'm with you! The new owners... this isnt meant for the people on the forum... but to the new owners that just buy them and not care that they own something special... I mean today I saw two of them.. one was behind me so i know he saw my xfire... I waved and recieved nothing in return... I wouldnt have mind pulling over and talking to the dude for a few mins... I just think this is like a club... and the owners should be aware of what they are driving!!! just pisses me off that people just drive it like its a F'ing minivan...

I have never seen one on the road.

Plenty of Miata's and Eclipses out there. The Bimmer convertibles are out of the garages, but NO Crossfires! I'd kinda like to see at least one!

I just saw a gray one in Gig Harbor, WA last week. Are you out there ? Sure is hard finding any xfires in the Puget Sound area -- but, that's more attention for mine !
