I thought I drove a lot miles per year.....lol....

 

If my math is correct:

5 years=1,825 days
1,853,263/1,825
=1,015 miles every day! Dayum. That would be a lot of god damn driving each day.

 

A great testament to how tough these cars are.

 

Oh, for the want of a comma. What the ad really says . -- . cylinder configuration: V6, number of valves: 18, 53263 miles, VIN: ...

Of course the ad also says cupholders and intermittent wipers. So it does need to be proofread one more time.

 

I back tracked on the phone number to the dealer website. The actual mileage is 53,263.

 

Damn....and I thought this post was going to squelch all those rumors about 04's being inferior, once and for all.

 

In this case, it wasn't the car........

 

'04's are inferior??? Who can back that up?

 

It was the best of times and the worst of times ...... '04's were the top of the line and the bottom of the line. No base models, no special editions, no SRT6's.
We were IT.
We even had special rear view mirrors for C'sakes.

 

That car also had original tires.

 

I wonder how many oil changes that is ?????????????

 

If you would change the oil like recommended ( I think every 7000 miles according to FSS), Oil change would need to be done every 7 days.

That would mean an oil change 52 times a year for 5 years= 260 oil changes

04's are the original. All others are just replications.

 

I would consider it but I never buy a vehicle with less then 2,000,000 mile on it. Haha.
