I made an order a few months ago. Everything was fine untill UPS lost my parcel Then I had to wait untill UPS could arrange the problem with the insurance company, in order to refund the money to ctd, and then cdt could send me again the order.

Well. The last email I received from ctd was more than two months ago. It seemed that they were working in the case with the insurance documentation and so. But since then, I've sent three or four emails to them, with no reply

It's very very strange, 'cause they seemed quite kind and serious, but not replying emails after weeks make's me think bad...

I've had no time at all these last weeks and the next step will be to call them, but I first want to know if anyone of you have ordered something or if have any info from them. Maybe they've closed or whatever, I don't know

First of all.... Good luck getting money from ups. I don't care if you bought their bs insurance. But the company should send you a new part and work out their problem with ups. Because it is their problem not yours. If you paid with a credit card start filing your claim now. Don't wait... Do it now. You already wasted 2 months and it may even be too late. Of course they were nice because they were stalling you. Now that months have gone by they have you by the *****. It may already be too late to do anything about it.

After more than two months, several emails and finally a fax they replied yesterday that the documents they had to complete are now in UPSs hands and they'll receive and answer from them shortly ...

TWIMC: I've received my parts, almost five moths late! But at least I've received it

Of course it was not CTD fault that UPS lost the first parcel, but they should had resent the parts to me asap without waiting the UPS insurance burocracy and refund process to finish.

BTW, the product I had ordered is the license plate (european) holder. Which looks quite nice. I'll take some pictures to it for those interested.

Opinions on the chrome grill they sell....have you seen one? Thinking about it.

 

They are overlays to your OEM grill. They snap on and can't be removed without breaking the clips that hold them on. I have them and would never go back to the OEM look.

 

Thanks. I-ve also seen one from Auto xclusive that just pops on with adheavsive.....don't know if thats basically the same or something different. Anyway had my 2005 about 3 months and love it, but the grill dosent seem quite right,so that is why I' m looking.

 

I've had these on mine for almost 5 years, still look like new. BTW, you get a 10% discount by mentioning us.

Actually I've had two great experiences with UPS. I had a set of Porsche seats that went MIA and they sent me a check for the seats in 2 month. $1400 US. Good luck and keep badgering UPS.
