Your dream car?

you should then check out the nice one one of our own here in MN has, delornut's. It's really nice and as stock as can be I'd guess.
In addition to the Cord I also agree with the choice of the Auburn boattail. that was one sweet design.

It is sad to see the deLorean go the way of the dodo.
My dream deLorean would be nice and clean. It pains me to see the painted ones.
At $85k for a time machined-custom model, do you think they bring in more money?
I hear the Mr. Fusion adapted models get great gas milage.
When I first got the Crossfire I had altered my sig to read.
"You made a time machine...out of a Crossfire?!" in homage to the line in the movie.

Since I was a wee lad, I always lusted after the Lamborghini Countach. I got a Matchbox car of one and for years I couldn't even say the car's name. It was orange, and by today's standards, quite ugly. But damn, I was in love with that car, and I was certain it was the fastest thing on four wheels.
The irony of it is, the stock SRT-6 is faster than a 70's Countach. LOL

Another obsession car for me was the Porsche 959. I have this intense desire to smoke all four tires at once.

Then there's the modern-not-so-modern dream car for me: the Morgan Aero Supersports. As John said above: it is something "different".

I like your choice tom.
I came close a couple of times to popping for a kit version. But the Fiero drive train just wasn't enough to get you into the "club."
Then , I met the Crossfire and put aside my childish ways.
Still one shows up in the teens and low twenties. tempting.
As for the real Countachs, I'll never get even close.

Thanks fellas. I still have a soft spot for the late 80's Mustang GTs. But that's hardly a dream car. If I wanted one, I could just go buy one now. But when I was a senior in high school, a Mustang GT was just about as unreachable as a Countach.
@Tom I to love the 959 and it makes me sick to think that bill gates was the first and to this day the only person in the us to own and have on US soil?! That car will never be driven or enjoyed! As for the aero 8 it was my second option for my dream car ever since it aired on Top Gear I have been in love! I want to see one in black, white, and a deep red! The only colors cars should come in.... lol
