Can anyone advise as to where the TSB's are generated. I printed one in reference to wind noise and the service tech was unsure if it was a Chrysler generated. By the way I'm in Germany so the language barrier may also have played a role. Thanks.

I have both of the actual D/C TSB's for the wind noise corrections. My repair tech gave a copy of them to me after he used them to fix my car.
