Welcome, Beefster! My instrument panel lights are not on unless I have the headlights or parking lights on. I hope they at least turn off when your ignition is off! Sorry, I don't know what the problem could be.

Hey beefster ..... welcome .... are you talking about the lights in the speedo, fuel, temp, etc., or the idiot lights that come on when the ignition is turned on and then supposed to go off when car starts?

Just the dash lights are on when the car is running. I also have day time running lights and this may be why they are on when the car is on. Just wondered if tis was normal.
Love the car.

This might explain it. Maybe there is a Canadian member that will chime in.
