Default Free Oil Analysis Kit

These guys are one of the top labs in the country. Top notch service! The kit has everything you need to send in your sample. Only $25. for an autopsy of your engines health!

Sorry for the double post guys. The moderator moved this second post here from the SRT6 section. I just wanted as many to see it as possible. Not sure why it was moved. I'm not affiliated w/ Blackstone, I just enjoy their service.

Merry Christmas Bob

I think I'll do this, never done it before. How do you collect the oil?
Probably the kit will tell me how to, and how much but I'm curious NOW hehe.
I've got your autocross trophy, I'll bring it with me to the events next year, hopefully you can make one.
Or, maybe I'll make a run up to Mendo. Yeah, probably that one.

Merry Christmas to you and family too Steve. You know you're welcome anytime; we have one of our rooms set up like a B.&B. for friends and family only; so anytime. Regarding the oil analysis, you can take it at your scheduled oil change or pull a sample out from the dipstick w/ a vacumn pump. You only need approx. 3oz.'s. for the test. Blackstone sells a slick little reusable unit for this for $30. if you don't already have one. You can check it out on their site. I have a Fumoto valve on my truck so it makes it a breeze to take sample or change oil. I'll be doing this at my next change on the 6, and I'm hoping that many of us here will decide to do this, because the more database they have for our engine specific, the better for comparison/averaging.
Sorry I couldn't be there for the party and awards ceremony. I look forward to next season; you got me hooked. Thanks for all your guidance in my first season.
