Default recall notice?

Orange post card from Chysler dealership showed up in the mail today with the title" Utgent/Recall Notice. As follows:

Your vehicle is in need of correction to assure its continued safe operation. You have been notified by your automotive division of the existing problem(I haven't) but you have not taken steps to have the FREE correction made.

Anybody have ideas on what this is about? My build# is 16515

Did they give a reference number? Could it be the notice for the radiator issue?

It's probably the water hose notice! you can check yourself if you know how to open the hood, look inside at hoses car should be turned OFF!and look at hoses!see that they aren't damaged or being touch by anything.
