Default Napa #7078 oil filter

Just getting ready to reserve one for me from my local store. Unless I missed it last yr. there are two type #7078 avail.

1. SFI 27078 (pro-select) $15.49. Clicking on this one shows its made of GLASS.

2. FIL 7078 Gold $17.49. This shows SYNTHETIC contruction.

All specs are the same for both filters except their inner material.
Any filter knowledge members know what the diff. would be? I would think staying with
the GOLD should hopefully be the fleece were used to buying.

I've been sticking with the Purolator L25277 fleece filter which is around $12 at Advanced Auto. It's basically a repacked Mann filter made in Germany which has the perfect sized rings.
