Limited Vs SC Thunderbird With Mods
So a buddy and i ALWAYS **** around...always. ive raced him in my last 2 cars, ive lost every time, raced him in my lexus sc400, my sc300 both were stock but the 400 defiantly moved out, so i though. we went from a dig and i lost...did a 40-100 pull and lost. something had to give, i didnt end up running him in the XF so when going back to my house to drink some beer and play forza we decided to run them, did a 50-110 roll, this video is a poor roll race since my buddy yelled "go" and i slept. But i was very happy to finally beat him, he has a supercharged thunderbird, has a pulley, cold air, upgraded intercooler. nothing serious but we all know a pull and a coil air on a supercharged car does alot so when i kept pulling on him i was happy, it was pretty even till 80 than i started to pull, figured id share and give the Coupe guys something to smile about

TRue, There was a civilian car in front of the last run, when they were speeding. All they would need to do is hit a car not involved and injure someone. If It were my family member, I would deal with you before the officials arrived and it would leave more than a mark, oh and Id set your car on fire for good measure, try and take that to the court. Woody, not a passive conservative.
Wait a minutes... We castrate this guy, but a few threads down is the 318 Breakneck curves thread and we say nothing? When the Crossfire got on it's brakes I didn't see the nose drop drastically indicating a panic or quick slowdown, so I'd say they've got everything under control.
Let 'em be, it's nothing none of us haven't done and the Thunderbird is a slow car so they couldn't have reached more than 90-100.

I'm sure every single time anyone on this forum has "gotten on it", it was on a sanctioned roadcourse/drag-strip, and the driver had a full Nomex suit, five-point harness, and Arai helmet. Safety team, complete with ambulance, was on standby as well.
No?
Then there's hardly any room for soapbox moral lessons.
The comments about putting videos up are very true though... don't tape illegal behavior. It's unlikely a bored cop would find it, but once he did...
I can't see faces or license plates in this video. I would say you have nothing to worry about. You would have to be doing something very dangerous (with clear evidence) for the internet police to come after you. Anything less is a waste of their time.
I wouldn't worry... .but I would listen to others and be careful with what you put on the internet because it can be used against you. There is nothing wrong with a little fun. We have all done it! But just be careful because all it takes is one incident and you will be eating cafeteria food the next morning in the state penn.

I wasn't trying to castrate him or get on a soapbox, I think it is a lot more fun to tear it up at the track because there is nothing to hold you back except your car and your abilities, no speed limits, no civilian cars, no cops, no potholes, etc.
I was trying to save the gentleman some insurance rate hikes is all...
