Odd Throttle Behavior Question

They dont have the "click" switch in the gas pedal on the 6 speeds when stepped on hard and I thought this was part of doing the throttle reset

Yes, you can. The throttle reset is an erasing of the "map" or "translation table" that the ECU makes up as it watches how you drive.

I understood this was remapping the engine revs and auto gear change relationship.

That's what Gary thinks as well. I may be wrong, Dave, but when I said what you and Gary said (some time ago at a DRagon) I was corrected.

Perhaps I was corrected by someone who was wrong.... I just don't know.
