I feel I must clarify exactly what I mean by that before you all think I am some kind of weirdo!


Do you think about you're Crossfire atleast once a day?
Do you clean it atleast once a week?
Do you love every minute of driving it, even for 5 mins?
Do you hate it when some limp risted doughnut puncher parks so close to you're pride & joy & makes it diificult for you to open the doors?
Do you love talking about it to anyone (who will listen)
Do you make sure that it's in perfect running order regardless of cost?




If the answer is YES to more than 3 of these then I would say that you also love you're Crossfire!

 

Well since you left out any reference to the tail pipes.... Yep..Very passionate about my car. I was not good company the day the 1/2" thick bolt found its way through my tire and RIM... Ordered a replacement wheel off ebay the next day and was back on track mood wise..

 

Absolutely love her to death!

 

Anyone who tries to hose with mine will fear for their lives....and yes, it's getting a bath today.

I look at the pictures of my XF on my cell phone EVERY day at work during lunch!

 

Yes to all except the last one. I try to do repairs myself to save money (& because I am not sure who I can trust working on my car). My license plate says it all, (MDLFAFR).

For me, I'm not sure if it's love or obsession... I'm thinking about getting therapy but my all money is tied up in my car

 

Any car that has such a devoted following has to be loved! It is because of the folks here that I love my car all the more so. I am sure those here would never leave a crossfire owner stranded and would do almost anything to help the owner fix her. Yes, I agree with all the points, and more...

 

Had mine going on seven years sept of this year and loving it even more. It best fun car i ever had, and yes it well taking care of

 

I actually had another one park behind me yesterday & me & the lady spoke for ages about them! Never met her before but we both had time to speak about the cars we love.......

Yes I polish her tail pipes also - - - oops, very sad....
She even has a name - Chilly . . . cos she's soooo damned cool.... and I would get rid of my girlfriend before I got rid of Chilly if I had to lol...

And yes, I spend more on the car than the woman..... damned right too :-)

Seriously mate, these are cars with character to fall in love with, I love mine too..... there, I admit it....

 

I've spent more on this car for "stuff" in the past 2 weeks than I have in the 5 years of ownership of my previous car, lol. Love this car, just hope she stays reliable past 100k

 

Well, I have to admit, I'm SO in LOVE with my car! Best purchase I've ever made. My son detailed it out last year and you could see your reflection just like a mirror... I have a great picture of me driving, courtesy of Gary taken on the way home from Woodward Dream Cruise, that I have as the wall paper on my computer at work and home, so I can see her every day.... Though this is only my summer car, I sure look forward to taking her out for a drive - brings a smile to my face everytime I think about her.... :-)

The best part of the day is the drive to and from work.
Never cleaned tailpipes or used a ClayBar until the Crossfire.
I never pass up a chance to chase sportbikes thru the twisties.
I have more pictures of my two Crossfires than I do of my two sons.
I don't date women who don't make a fuss about my car.
