Default MAP Sensor Vacuum Line

Anyone know where this goes on the back of the engine? It looks like the vacuum line runs from the sensor on the front, under the manifold on top of the engine, then to the back. Mine is cracking at the sensor and needs replacing. I was thinking of getting a new line and taping it to the existing tubing and pulling it through. Otherwise it looks like a massive labor job to get at it. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.
