Sticky ignition key -- steering wheel removal?

I see you are still confused, only one question in the first post and it was regarding removing the trim piece which requires removal of the wheel. You were too quick to jump on my reply.

I posted my question in the sticky thread but got no response.

I have drilled the pin out so it is below the black sleeve and the assembly freely turns and moves laterally. I'm still not able to turn my key so I can remove the tumbler set. Do I have to drill deeper?
