Hello guys,

Im Jay from The Netherlands and new on this forum.
Bought my 04 one month ago and took it to Spain straight away
on my holiday.
It did 5000 km without any trouble! I love this car!
But my spoiler gives a loud "click" at the end when it goes up
and the same "click" when it goes down again.
Is this normall? bc i cant remember it did this when i bought it

I have an 07 & an 08.....bought both brand new.....the 07 developed a small click sound....no such sound on the 08. I lubed it all I could & never could get rid of that little click.

Since I leave the spoiler up all the time (I think it looks better with it up)...the sound doesn't bother me. I suppose you'd have to replace the spoiler motor to get rid of the click?????

So its not something to worry about than.
Im gonne stop by a Porsche dealer and see if they can get it fixed,
911s and Boxters have the same spoiler system no?

I would go to a mercedes dealer. Thay have the same spoiler system on the SLS.
