Cheers from Canada - A new Crossfire owner
Cheers all, just found an 04 black on black 6spd in Western Canada, garage queen with 18,000kms. It will be shipped to my door next week. This looks like a great forum and have already gained a pile of valuable information. So again Hello from Canada! I've seen the threads and some online pics and love the "C" emblems I have emailed SRT SIX (Karl) but have not heard back, does anybody know if these are still available?
Re: Cheers from Canada - A new Crossfire owner
Welcome! Bienvenue!
18,000 clicks for an '04 is almost unheard of!
My former garage queen ('05 SRT-6) had almost 12,000 miles when I got it two years ago.
SRTSIX has not been active on this board the last year or so but if you do your research here (and on fleaBay) you might find someone else who can do some respectable graphics of your choice.
Again, welcome!

Thanks for the welcome everybody, I'm right in the middle of the country...Winnipeg, hey I was born here what can I say. Mongoose57 the car came from Surrey B.C. Agreed black sure looks good, albeit black cars look better in the shade - age check how many people just sang the last line? LOL

Welcome aboard -eh?
Keep her clean and waxed while she rests. When the weather warms up take her out to stretch her legs. Be prepared for the "permanent grin" on your face and the "rubber necking" from on lookers, wanna bees and "haters" as you cruise by. Notice I said "cruise" because we love being seen in our cars. There is nothing like them on the road today. What I enjoy most are the highway "stalkers". These are the people who s l o w l y pass you on the highway so they can get a good close look at all the sexyness this car spills out.
I once had a woman stalk me for 58 miles. When "we" finally pulled into a truck stop for a refuel, she pulled up right behind me at the gas pump. Before I could get out of my seatbelt she was at my car window. "OMG..this is the sexiest car I have ever seen...she screamed". After I politely answered all her "who what where and when's", she finally confessed she had been stalking me for the last 50 miles. She had been waiting for me to pull into a rest stop so she to get information about my beastly beauty.
You are going to love this forum. Its the best automotive enthusiast site on the planet!! It personally influenced my decision to buy my Crossfire

+1, I've had Karl's "C" emblems on my NA for 4+ years & 60K kms and they still look like new. Best part is Karl ships to Canada, no duty and no inflated handling/postage fees..........same as if you lived south of the 49th!
Re: Cheers from Canada - A new Crossfire owner
Congrats with the purchase. Be patient with Karl.
Re: Cheers from Canada - A new Crossfire owner
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new to you Crossfire. There are a number of great members here from Canada. We have met a few of them at the Dragon GTGs in NC/TN and they are all great people. Hope to see you there one day.

Yes, welcome and congrats, you'll enjoy cruising around in it. I'll be putting my low milage 04 up for sale in March as I have just closed a deal on a little beast that I've been pursuing for many years. I'll miss the Crossfire but consider myself lucky to have owned and driven one. This forum, while it does have some characters, is a huge source of knowledge and talent. Only advice I can give you is " Keep the rubber side down!
