Smile Proud new owner

Hello all ! I am the proud new owner of a used 2004 coupe. I was really surprised at how inexpensive it was for how much car it is. The car is still completely stock and only had one owner so I will be looking to find some cool mods. Any suggestions or advise from the forum would be great! Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Congrats! As far as performance parts go, there are a few options for the N/A. Do a search and you will find a lot of information here. When I had my '04 and '06 N/A's, I went with the single Needswings cold air intake and a tune from Eurocharged. That boosted the BHP from 215 to around 250 or so with great gains on low-end torque.

Welcome aboard.. Spend some time looking through the gallery at pictures, it may give you some ideas

Oh and most people end up with an ecu tune from Eurocharged and they may soon offer a discount if enough people are interested all at once so I'd recommend getting in on that

See: https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...-flashing.html

I do believe they have expanded it to support N/As.

Welcome and start reading. People are doing all kinds of things with the XF.
For me, it was a CAI, larger injectors, tune, Sprint booster, and 330uf caps in the doors.

The 6-spd was a lot of fun to drive and it was plenty quick for an NA.
Have fun!

Hey Mike,

Congrats. I have an 04 coupe 1 owner. Lots' of info on here about moding etc. Mine was stock until this past summer. I had it Eurocharged and put in some highflow K and N filters. Definitely suggest Eurocharge as a cost effective mod.

We have a club in Maryland. If you get a chance, check out our thread. We are having our second annual Car show up here in Maryland in August at the Linganore Winery. Great place and great success last year. Maybe you can try and join us. I know you are in Colonial Heights but you can get up and back the same day if you don't want to stay. I have relatives in Chesterfield. I rarely drive my Crossfire down (have a family to lug) but maybe we can hitch up down your way sometime in the future.

Enjoy the car.

Thanks to everyone for all your welcomes and advice. Since I am new to this game I do have a couple questions. I plan on adding a Magnaflow CBE and a single CAI. When it comes to a tune from Eurocharged is that something they do in shop. I noticed that there is not Eurocharge anywhere near me. Thanks again.

The old Eurocharge system .. you were sent a cable to interface with your laptop. They set up a time with you and did a remote log on via internet and implemented the ECU flash.

New system will provide a cable and software for you to do at your convenience . And will also allow you to log what's going on under the hood.

Way cool now!

Modifications which might require a new tune are going to be an email away.

Let me also add, they have agreed to a sale price for us if we can get 10 members signed up to do this..(in the same link above) 7 have enlisted already!
