Default Question

I have a 2005 Crossfire, 65000 miles on odometer, 6 speed manual
I have just recently noticed a slight whining noise coming from the front of the engine. I am no mechanic, but it sounds like maybe a pulley or belt. It is faint, but it does increase with engine RPMS. It is most noticeable when decelerating and shifting back into second for first when the RPMS are dropping back to idle. No warning lights and no problems I have noticed - other than the faint sound. Any ideas ?
