Interesting. This might become my only option in Korea. I will be able to respond fully once my XF arrives. It has been over 2 months since I purchased my car and due to shipping congestion it will probably be another week before delivery. The MB dealership or Korea DC - it is going to be an experience.

I didn't vote because I didn't fit any of the offered categories very well. I am using the dealer I bought the car from but not because of anything implied. He also happens to be closest and thus far the best.

When I shop for cars I also shop for dealers. The owner sets the tone for the whole dealership. If I don't like the sales experience I am willing to bet that I won't like the service either. It is my intention to use the dealer that sold it to me as I have found that there is some small measure of loyalty and care that works both ways. He does however earn my business every time I come in. So far he continues to do so.
