I have purchased a used ECM with matching numbers to my original ECM but technician is unable to communicate with it. Someone said they need to be unlocked first, and then can be programmed. Where can this be done. I also can't find remanufactured ECM's. Any advice. I have 1 2004 manual crossfire.
