Fellas:

I am a little puzzled. From a USA company I purchased some chrome straits and other chrome pieces for my car, totaling about $375. The company had the straights in and had to order the other accessories from Germany. They told me it would take two weeks to come in from Germany. However, it has been two months and I have not heard from them.

It has been so long that I actually forgot the company who I made the purchase. I know they are U.S. because i have talked with them several times on the phone.

I got the referral from this forum and so I am hoping you guys can help me remember the U.S. company that sells chrome accent pieces for our x-fire. I need to get a hold of them and ask where are the rest of my parts

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Man I have been trying to figure this out for the last 2 weeks. Combing the internet, calling my credit card company, searching these forums, etc. All no luck. And here you have found them.

They got over $300 of my money and no product for about 3 months. So, I will be gettin on this right away.

yeah there kind of shady but they do have the products for our cars few places have...i have dealt with them b4 no problems but there customer service sucks big time good luck to getting your money or product...

 

Make sure you let us know what comes of this if they don't make it right, we all know enough to stay away from them.

 

HA ...That's the first place that came to my mind but then I went to find the Auto Exclusive website I found it was gone so I didn't post it here

I have the chrome grill from years ago when it was Auto Exclusive

 

If you have any thoughts of these let me know - stainless lower grill covers.. members car got totaled and these came in to his door like the next day.. He moved on to another car so I took them off his hands and already have a set on my car..

wow that company offers a real Carbon Fiber interior? Didn't know that existed.. I mean, I wouldn't spend that kind of money for it.. but good to know

 

Keep us updated on how it turns out. It would be disappointing to lose another accessory dealer.

 

I hope things work out for you. If you paid with a credit card, then it can easily be disputed by the bank and your funds returned. Good luck. James

 

Great news everyone:

The company stood behind their brand and provided me a full refund.

It turns out that the items never left from their Germany suppliers because some of the manufacturers stop producing some of the parts without letting Korean Imports here in the U.S. know. So, they apologized and gave me back a full refund.

But to let everyone know Korean Import is still supplying Xfire accessories but you have to check with them first to see if some of the parts are actually still being produced by their manufacturers in Germany.
