Looking at buying an 04 with about 80,000 miles. Brought OBD scanner and pulled a P0410 code. The owner seemed to know about it and claimed blockage in the air pump causes the code to trip and only some cleaning is needed.

Anyone here with air pump experience? Do you guys feel this is a minor issue or is a part needing replacement?

Also both head lights have some oxidation issues, how far gone can these lights be before restoration is no longer possible?

I appreciate the advice.
