Mike, thanks for the kind words, we are very much looking forward to WDC as well. We should arrive like usual around 10-11 Friday night. Keep the beer cold.

I do love me some roadtrips..

 

Next year be sure to make it to the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit (this weekend). It is the biggest automotive gathering in North America, to the best of my knowledge. Last year there were over 40,000 custom, antique, exotic and classic cars plus 1.2M+people, a wild time for any car lover.

 

Sounds like a great time.. I'm seriously considering a big trip next year, the TotD being an obvious choice.. though Detroit is about 4 hours closer..

 

The WDC is very cool, but if you can only make one, I would recommend the Dragon. If you enjoy your car and pushing it to the limits, and by the looks of your signature, you do, you will like the Dragon a lot better. While WDC is crazy, it is really only one day of XF stuff, two if you count Friday evening, but we typically do the Dragon from Friday morning to Monday because during the day Sunday it is all clear and you can go wild Sometimes on the weekend it is pretty busy, but still a great time with plenty of options for fun roads, great scenery including some bad-*** waterfalls, and great company to enjoy a beer with in the evenings. Perfect.
