Extended warranty:

I wanted to check and see if any member bought this service and how much did your dealer charge? My dealer is asking $1500 for 60 months/60,000miles. Is this a good deal or should I negotiate the $1500.00? (I plan on keeping this car.)

Is that the Chrysler plan? I got one through my dealer that isn't Chrysler and was considerably cheaper than what I saw through Chrysler. I paid $1200 for 7yr/70k. That includes road hazard on the tires and wheels and free oil changes.

I purchased mine from Warranty Direct. 7 years/70000 miles with their PowerWrap+ offering. At the time I bought it with $100 deductible it was $700. I checked with my dealer (Service Manager) and was advised they had dealt with Warranty Direct with no problems. The dealer wanted $1500 and it was third party coverage also.
