I'm not sure if I'm going mad but when the engine is turned of but the interior lights are on should the blower controls be lit up? I'm sure they used to be but they now are the only lights not on when the key is not in the ignition.

 

youre not mad. if the key is out, or in ACC position, the heater controls dont light up. They only light up when the key is turned to ON or when the car is running. The excepton is when using R.E.S.T., then the heater controls will light up.
