The Magic Miracle Electrical Tape Fix!

Wow, just performed the electrical tape fix on the hatch latch of my recently purchased (1 week ago) 04 Crossfire Coupe. It rattled like hell on the 100 mile trip from the dealership in Los Angeles to its new home in Palm Springs. Now I have SILENCE, what joy!

I absolutely hate random rattles and noises. I first tried the Velcro pad placement below the standoffs, but that did not eliminate the problem, so I tried the tape fix on the hatch catch a couple weeks ago. It's the most simple to satisfying results fix I've done on a car.
