I have an OEM upper control arm-free. If it will help-you pay shipping.

PM me.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Actually all the parts that you say that you need to make your repair really shouldn't be all that expensive (especially if you can find a salvage yard that has a XF with front end damage).
But I was just wondering if you have had a good repair shop check out your car for additional "chassis" damage?
One time a good friend of mine hit black ice while we were on the interstate, he did a 180 and hit a center divider with his right rear wheel. It really wasn't that hard of a hit, but even after replacing all the right rear 1/4 suspension parts, he never could get the rear end aligned up correctly, and he wound up selling the car.
Of course this is all worse case scenario.
Good Luck

Thanks for input everyone and the DM's. Looks like I may have some gram damage also! . So have insurance involved also. Was only doing about 20 mph also. Just a little black ice and I over corrected into turn after spinning out. Let's see how this goes. Wish me luck.

I cracked a rim on the front few months ago. Called the dealer to see what a replacement would cost, price was over $600 for just the one. Thanked the parts guy and told him I could buy four aftermarket rims for that. Ended up having it welded for less than $100.

During the monsoon season we have a lot of frog stranglers around here and hydroplaning is one of the things I am concerned about particularly in a wide tire on a light car situation.

Most tires are pretty good when new but the real test is at half worn. On my other cars I generally run club Michelins and just accept a little squirm when new in the dry for exceptional wet manners when worn.

On my tow car I just replaced a set of Goodyears with 6/32nds remaining for Michelins because I could not only feel them sliding but the TC light was coming on. Fact that I often pull a 3500 lb travel trailer was a factor.

On my Judge I run BFGs because I rarely drive in the rain and 235x60x15 front and 255x70x15 rear are not easy to find in other brands. I also replace then at least every decade so not a wear issue.

Brakes and tires are not things you want to cut corners on, can cost much more than you saved.

So far the Contis that came with Crossie have felt good in the wet but are near new. When they start to squirm in the wet though they will get replaced.
