Mine goes as fast as I want to. I'm nervous when traveling Lerdo hyway . ( close to button willow) One night 120 . I was going to try 150 but got to worrieing about deer or cayotes, 12o's at that point I felt Ii need tro slow down.

Same here................................... nice ride... very little 'rate of acceleration' decline... probably one of the finest in that category.... i.e. 70-100 about the same as 100-130... no figures to prove it, just the seat of my pants

Started passing 4 semi-trailer trucks, as I pulled away from the last truck the XF was at 115 and continued to 120 without effort. The engine was ready for more, but kept it at 120 for another 20 miles until my exit. Sweet!

just got home, my hands are still shaking from the rush 155 on the 57 S from pomona to brea, my goal was to beat the fastest speed ive ever traveled in a car, which was my dads corvette when a camaro SS tried to give us a go, my dad punched it to 145, so i beat the record, and i think i'll take it easy till i get a corvette, i have to max the corvette out, but that will probably be never, so 155 is my bragging for my life.

i have gotten mine up to 145mph. This tread has nothing to do with the manhood. It has to do with seeing the capability of your vehicle.

 

We all know the capabilities of the car, in stock form is limited to 155 mph.

 

Just thought I needed to chime in......hit 140 yesterday on Grant Line Road here in sacramento.....felt fairly smooth...dont really think it had too much left in it....lots of fun

 

110 chassing a 645ci covertable. Which, by the way, could not pull away from me and gave up to allow me to past.

 

135 at 5:30 am last fall. No cars on the road and pretty straight. Handles very nice at that speed. I normally get it over a 100 if I'm on the highway for any length of time.

 

120 plus, backed off for traffic. feels good at speed. i just picked it up Saturday. I'm going to break it in a little before I hit it again.
