Default Picked up my car on Friday.

Picked up my Crossfire on Friday and just got home with it today as we had a couple of days off.
Love it.
Drove about 700 miles coming home with it and just starting to get used to it.
It's a 04 auto in black.
I'll try and get some photos taken tomorrow and get them uploaded.

Cool! We'll be looking forward to seeing the pictures!
Was a nice feeling, driving so much right away, I bet! I've had mine since last August and only have 1,600 miles on it because it's been parked all winter. Can't wait to get back in it!
Congratulations!

I'm in Edinburgh in Scotland.
I think I got a good deal.
Yeah it was good getting a good drive of the car.
The only thing is it is now covered in dead flies and the like so I will spend most of the day cleaning it tomorrow.
I've noticed they haven't made a very good job of cleaning the interior.
Can someone recommend a goos cleaner for cleaning the dashboard?
I would normally use Amorall but as you know the dash is bumpy not smooth and matt rather than shiny.
Any help is appreciated as always.

Thanks.

Norrie.

Congrats, we've had ours for about a month. I'm crazy about detailing cars. One of the good things about the dash is that it doesn't reflect light back to the windshield. I generally use just plain water to clean it. I wouldn't put anything shiny on it. I do use car wax on the console. I also place a towel over the console where my elbow rests because I believe it is easily scratched. One of my favorite waxes is Maguires tech wax. It's low dust and wipes easily.

Enjoy your car. BTW, what are you paying for gas in the UK?

Must be an imperial gallon.

Here, in the center of the universe, 1 gallon = 3.785 liters

Congrats on your XFire, #1 thing you'll find you need is new dustfree front brakepads! Try rotex gold.
