foot thru speaker grill

Well I just stuck my foot thru the speaker grill and broke it in two places. S*** i'm pissed.

Am I the first to do this? any idea what is entailed in fixing/replacing it?

You're definitely not the first, haven't tried replacing mine yet.

I have always tried to be extra careful in that area. It looked like it wouldn't be hard to do and now I know it must not be. Hope it is not too hard to fix!

Sorry to hear...but the good news is that it is a simple 5 minute fix! Just order a new grill ($15 dollars) and gently pop off the grey ring molding around the grill and replace.

Yes I kicked the grill several times too. I'm quite tall and if I can't open the door wide, it just happens

But it's good to know that it isn't a big deal to replace a broken grill!

To fix: measure up from foot about to ankle and cut with chain saw!

Or just replace as needed the cover grill and order by the dozen!

It's a auto stick so, where's the chain saw? LOL.

For $15.00, I will be ordering one tomorrow thanks for the info.

Perhaps a few more sit-ups and a few less pints might help in the future.
