What is this panel called?
I don't know the name, but looked on Ebay and couldn't find one yet, both of mine is cracked and missing one or more of their clips, so they are just rattle around.
I temporarily fixed them by using velcro/double sided tape to secure them down and avoid any vibration rattles.

Chrysler calls it a "Panel-B" the part number is on the underside and it is dependent on the color. I bought one brand new in 2019 Part # YA72XDVAA for $34.56. I doubt there any new pieces available at this time. It is very difficult to remove them without braking a tab, so expect anything you buy will not be completely whole. There are clips ( I think two) which are slipped over the metal frame at the bottom edge of the quarter window and clip onto the plastic trim piece. These are particularly difficult to remove. When I re-installed the new trim I bent those clips so they would be easier to remove (there are barbs which dig into the plastic and the metal) if that should be necessary in the future. Hopefully that would help removal without damaging the trim piece.
The left and right part numbers can be found in the parts list for the car. The list can be found in the Documentation collection, the lists are for each year from 2004 to 2008. Many of the part numbers are the same for each year but each list is a little different.
The lists have been there for years now, but not many know of them. I found them years ago and had them added to the library.
I would think they could be repaired with Gorilla glue and reinforced with fibre glass or carbon fibre on the inside face.
How hard can it be? 😉
