How to open fuel door manually as security system wont open it?
I found this by doing a search in the threads upper right corner of home page. Also someone said to make sure the car is unlocked and that may free the fuel door , if that fails here's another option: the gas cover are opened and closed from the air tube coming out of the central locking pump. when i bought my crossfire the central locking system wasnt working and i was in the exact same spot as you. you have to open the trunk and remove some of the covers of the gas side and put in your arm between covering and the bodywork of the car. next to the gas is a level you can pull to manually open.
look at the picture. you need to find the red part by feel:

Thanks for the info !! Some how I will have to **** into the trunk area as I can only open the drivers door with the key !!!! Thaks again !
You can open the trunk by using a screwdriver in the hole left when the drivers side license plate light is removed. There are posts showing how that is done.
